  These products are engineered to meet or exceed the specifications set by building code officials:
  • Thickness: 1 ^3/4" average, may vary depending on choice of texture.
  • Unit Weight: approximately 8-12lb/ft².
  • Colorfast: colors become integral with the stone during casting.
    * Existing applications show no undesirable color change after years of weathering.
  • Noncombustible: UL tested and listed. Show zero flame spread and zero
    smoke development.

• Cleaning of Manufactured (Man-Made) Stone:

  • "Do not sandblast, pressure wash, or use wire brushes or acidic compounds
    to clean the manufactured stone." - DQS

  • "Like any other cement product, under certain weather temperatures
    and conditions, stone may have signs of efflorescence." - DQS

  • "All stone setting materials should be clean of salts or chemicals that
    may cause efflorescence." - DQS

  • "To remove mortar and light scuffing, clean immediately with a little
    water and a soft nylon brush.  It is very hard to remove so it is very
    important to clean the day of installation." - DQS
